Shipping Policy

Products are available at random and on a first come first serve basis. I do not offer holds. Your item will ship out within 7 business days from the order date. Made to order items will be excluded from this policy. Please see below for all made to order items. 

Made to Order

Ear Muffs: 3-7 Weeks

Shipping times are subject to change if there is a high volume of orders.

Tracking Number

Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is processed. Track your order through the USPS site with your tracking number.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refunds are not offered. All sales are final.

If you receive a damaged item you are required to contact me within 48 hours of delivery to exchange. You are eligible for an exchange up to 2 days after receiving your item. Please email [email protected] with your order number. 

Order cancellations are not offered. All sales are final. If you need an address change, please email me with your order number. I will not be able to make an address change once a tracking number is generated (tracking number has been emailed).
